Download the Ionage app and you'll be able to access the charging stations at our partner locations. The app lets you discover chargers around you and across India.
To initiate a charging session, scan the QR code available on the charger using the IONAGE app ‘Scan QR’ option.
Please make sure to set a charging preference or start a charging session based on the amount in your wallet.
Additionally, ensure that the charger gun is connected to the EV and that you have sufficient balance in your account to initiate the charging session.

You can use your credits at all the chargers listed within the Ionage app. You can find available stations and access station information through the app by selecting the specific charging station. It should provide details such as location, available plugs, and status.

Ionage supports all four wheelers, 3 wheelers and 2 wheelers. You may filter the Charger Connector Type from the IONAGE Application.

Tariffs are determined by the charge point operator or the location. Tariffs can vary based on factors like electricity rates, charging speed, and any additional service fees. However, IONAGE doesn't have any control over the tariffs.

In order to get on-bill energy credits for charging your EV, it is necessary to have a reservation with SundayGrids and an account with Ionage. If you have reserved already, you can link your account to IONAGE and begin utilising solar credits for EV charging.
On initiating a charging session, you get the option to choose to your energy credits for the charging session. On session completion, the energy credits and/or Ionage wallet value (that you can top-up) will be deducted based on the final bill amount.

In order to start a charging session, your charging limit should be lower than the combined balance of your energy credits (1 credit = 1 INR) and Ionage wallet. To increase the charging limit, you can top-up your Ionage wallet proportionally.

You can view credit usage and a general outline of your session within the new EV Charging tab in your SundayGrids dashboard. For more high fidelity data, head to Ionage app, where you can review your charging session history and usage statistics in the ’Charging Sessions’ section inside Accounts tab.
